Payment
We accept payments through Przelewy24.pl, Stripe.com, Direct Bank Transfer as well as all Credit Card payments and Google Pay through Przelewy24.pl payment gateway and several other payment gateways.
All Bat-Cave Productions.pl online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. We encrypt your Credit Card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this security.
We only ship our products once receiving full payment for the whole order and for all shipping costs. We do not ship with Cash On Delivery (COD), sorry for the inconveniance.

Order Confirmation
After you place your order, we confirm the order details and shipping address with you before we ship any item. Please make sure that you check your e-mail after your purchase and look for our updates on your delivery. If you do not receive this email please contact us at info@batcaveproductions.pl , so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Our prices may be viewed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR), depending on the country you chose on the landing pop-up card. You can later change your country at any time you want, simply by clicking the CHANGE ADDRESS button. Change of country does sometimes alter our prices, but this is due to different VAT and other taxes policy, not due to currency change.
It may be necessary for us to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Delivery Policy
We start the processing your order once receiving the full payment. You will be informed via e-mail once your items have been dispatched.
If you need an update on the delivery progress of your order or wish to change the delivery date, your shipping confirmation e-mail will include a link to the delivery company’s website and the tracking number for your items.
Customs and Taxes
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders upon the shipment reaching its destination. Shipping laws are different and vary from country to country. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check with the local Customs office to verify whether the country of destination charges customs fees for the import. The recipient is fully responsible for such charges and for complying with their country’s laws, taxes, customs regulations and duties.
DIY ART Company is not responsible for any delays or detains of product in Customs.
Where We Deliver
We ship worldwide. Once receiving the payment, we ship to every country in the World.
If you do not see a calculated shipping cost in the Cart Totals section in Cart subpage on our site, this means that you are from a country that does not have fixed prices for shipping. In that case, please complete the Checkout form and follow the instructions on the site to receive a quote for shipping your order. You may also contact us directly at info@batcaveproductions.pl
Faulty / Damaged Product / Complaints
If you observe that the package is heavily broken, please open the box accompanied by courier and, if necessary, write a damage report. Only in that case are we able to consider your claim. After receiving the report please write to us at info@batcaveproductions.pl within 10 days of receipt of your order with proof of the damage.
We will not refund any product that has been damaged due to wear, through improper use or incorrect storage conditions (not according to the instructions).
You can contact with us via e-mail: info@batcaveproductions.pl and we will do our best to handle your complaint or request as soon as possible (maximum 14 days), and provide a solution. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your complaint so we can handle it as quickly as possible. This information is at least the order number and your full name, but can also be photos of the product and a detailed description of the defect or complaint.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your order we will do everything we can to make things right for you. Please exercise good judgment before placing your order and ask any questions you may have. We will respond promptly.
According to the Act of 30 May 2014 regarding Consumer Rights (Dz. U 2014., Pos. 827) Consumer * has the right to cancel the contract, without giving reasons, making a statement in writing within 14 calendar days from from the date of receipt of the order. The consumer which withdrawal the contract is obliged to send back to the Seller the order unchanged. Return of the order should be made immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The cost of shipping the returned object of the contract shall be borne by the Consumer. The Seller will refund the payment not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of the consumer to withdraw agreement using the same method of payment, which used consumer.
* Art. 22 1 of the Civil Code provides: [The concept of the consumer] The consumer is any person making the legal action not directly related to its business or professional activity.
Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement, which subjects are sound or visual recordings delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery;
Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colors is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colors dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Liability disclaimer
DIY ART’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by DIY ART Company to the customer. DIY ART Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon DIY ART Company by statute. DIY ART Company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
